Dynasty Stakes is made by Agri Technology Limited ("we"). This policy covers the Dynasty Stakes app and this website.

The short version

The game keeps everything on your phone. We don't collect, see, store, sell or share any personal information. There are no adverts, no analytics and no tracking.

What the game stores, and where

• Your saved game (your yard, horses and trainer) is stored on your device.
• iCloud: if iCloud is turned on, a copy of your save is kept in your own iCloud account so you can carry on on another phone. Apple holds it under your Apple ID. We can't see it.
• Game Center: if you're signed in, your achievements and leaderboard scores go to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center name, under Apple's privacy policy. We don't receive your Apple ID or contact details.
• Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

• No account to create, and no sign-in to us.
• No analytics, crash-reporting or advertising tools.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.
• No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It's hosted by GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security, under GitHub's own privacy statement.

If you email us

If you write to support, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them when they're no longer needed.

Children

The game collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you (for the app, nothing). For any privacy question, email support@dynastystakes.com.
